Hand forged 1095 Hammered Steel knife with a razors edge and sheath is the perfect EDC (Every Day Carry). This knife is perfect for a piggy back rig on another sheath / blade combination (as pictured) or as a single EDC.

- 1095 High Carbon Steel” 7″ overall, 3 1/2″ Blade
- 90 Degree Spine
- Paracord handle and lanyard
- Custom Leather Sheath (Brown or Black)
- Choose Paracord Handle: Black, Blaze Orange, Neon (zombie) Green or Leather
- Choose the finish you would like on your blade: Polished or Black (Black is just the “mill scale” left on from the forge during the forging process, see the black blade in the last photo)
The first advantage to carrying a neck knife is that it gives you easy access to a fixed blade. Carried around the neck in a sheath, a neck knife can weigh as little as three ounces and is a paragon of accessibility – especially once a little muscle memory takes hold.
A neck knife is easier to put on quickly compared to a folder or a belt knife, and unlike a belt sheath, a neck knife’s sheath doesn’t run the risk of striking a hand or elbow as you walk, either.

I’m a fan of the simplicity of the neck knife, then add IHK’s hand made hammer forged steel….. Wow I can’t say enough about the “old school” craftsmanship. Sturdy, razor edged and great leatherwork. There is someone making quality knives like they used to be! IHK! Nice job!

This Neck knife was just what I was looking for!
I had been looking for this type of knife for years and this was exactly what I wanted. I used to be a fur trapper and carried a knife just like this one for several seasons. The knife is not a “big thrill” knife, but it is a great utility knife.

I received my neck knife & sheath a few days ago & I am absolutely thrilled with Mr. Wahl’s craftsmanship & attention to detail. He is a true old school artist. This beautiful knife & sheath was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time & it truly exceeded my expectations. I value another man that works with his hands as I also work with my hands in a different trade. Everything in the box delivered was extremely well done right down to his business card placed nicely in a small burlap jute pouch was sent with care.
