The Headwaters Knife
The Headwaters Knife -
(This Knife was a limited run For Aegis Outdoors Survival School and is no longer being made)
This knife was designed by my friends at Aegis Outdoors (at the Headwaters of Minnesota) and we here at IHK were honored to make this for them. The Headwaters knife was made for the highest level of function and feel and I liked the design and feel so much I decided to offer it here for you as well. If you are wanting something a little smaller in profile than the Sojourner but still large enough for serious bushcrafting at 3/16th thick then this is your knife. (Most knives with this thickness and length are far more expensive).
The original version is made with Black Buffalo Horn handle, 1/4" brass mosaic pins and brass lanyard hole as well as the standard 1095 High Carbon, hand forged-hammered steel 3/16th inches thick, but now available in any handle option, you pick! As with all IHK knives, the "Headwaters Knife" comes with a custom handmade leather sheath from Samson Leather, with a dangler option (add on). In stock!
