Inspired by several cleavers including the popular but not very well made "Men with The Pot Knife - Made in China" we have created just what you all have been asking for......a solid, hand forged, heavy, but also perfectly balanced, ergonomic cleaver that is easy to wield in the kitchen as well as the woods.

This is a perfect addition to the other chef knives you may have already purchased from us and soon will be available in a set. Until then, this alone will do more than the task at hand and will enjoy every cut thereafter!!!
