This Large Chef Knife is for those who want just a little extra knife for the kitchen. It is traditionally sized to be the largest of a multi-knife chef knife set and just slightly larger and a little more hefty than the traditional Diakonos Chef Knife by IHK. An excellent addition and very traditional for those that like a bigger knife.

This is a perfect addition to the other chef knives you may have already purchased from us and soon will be available in a set. Until then, this alone will do more than the task at hand and will enjoy every cut thereafter!!!

• Blade is 10 inches long and 2.25inches wide making it beefy but manageable
