Brass Lanyard Tubes

Indy Hammered Knives has a full line of knife making parts to include all your brass pin and brass lanyard tubes.

Just like the first picture shows a great lanyard tube is perfect for those wanting a custom lanyard for your hand crafted knife. I have both 360 Brass Tubes.

  • 1/4″ OD (outside diameter) 360 Brass Tubes
  • 1-1/2″ Length (set of two) or 12″ (single rod)

Metal tubing is used to line the thong or lanyard hole in your knife handle or lacing a lanyard through.

The lanyard is especially useful on larger knives that may fall out of your hands during use, though, keeping a knife stuck to your wrist when your grip fails you may not always be the wisest idea. Use these mosaic pin/lanyard tubes in your knife handles to give some extra detail. After you finish crafting your latest knife, you’ll want to keep it handy and easy to reach at all times. So, instead of leaving it on a table or a cluttered work area, keeping your knife accessible with a lanyard ensures you’re never without your favorite tool. Choose from our variety of thong tubing for knives, made of brass, nickel silver, or stainless steel. Thread a leather strap or strand of paracord through lanyard tubing to keep your knife close at hand.

Tip: These get hot very quickly when being worked and the epoxy will soften or worse break down. This is just the nature of mosaic tubing. Keep them cool when you getting them to length or working them in your handle. Cut or grind them with fresh blade or belt. Dip frequently if you need to.
